SAALA Membership Information

The executive is elected for a period of two years. Membership is open to those with:

• Recognised qualifications in the area of applied linguistics and/or the teaching of a language as a second/foreign language
• Experience in/ or published work on recognised applied linguistic approaches to the teaching of language
• Research experience in applied linguistics, language studies and language-in-education
• Current academic study in the field of applied linguistics
